1. Return Policy

• We accept returns only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the product.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

2. Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method as decided by Phoenix Life Tech. (Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed manually.)
• Refunds may take 7-10 business days after approval to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may return it and place a new order.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if needed.
